The 'We Are Free!' Blogging Contest Ends

Best wishes to you on the Independence day of the nation. As you know, to commemorate the occassion, we were running a blogging contest. The contest saw 9 bloggers make 22 submissions and compete with each other for the 3 Annual Subscriptions of the Linux For You magazine (sponsored by Linux For You) and 3 .IN Domain Names (sponsored by Digimantra.com). Indeed the number of submissions and competitors has been very less, but that has also been a consequence of your laziness as well.

Now, how do we decide who wins what -

• All posts submitted after August 15, 2009 will not be included in the contest.
• Read the different posts and vote on them. Leave a comment for the author as well. Tweet about it on Twitter and Identi.ca. Bookmark it on Stumbleupon or Delicious. All of this earns point for the bloggers. All such actions till August 25, 2009 will be counted.
• Between August 25, 2009 and august 27, 2009 the points will be calculated and the winners willbe announced by August 27th

Help the fellow bloggers win and encourage them to write more and better posts by providing them feedback.
