Note: The weather at Pantnagar in the month of February can be very chilly, please carry sufficient woolen clothes to keep you warm round the clock.
Arrangements for stay will be made for campers who commit their attendance on or before January 20, 2009. Pantnagar being a university town, all avenues of accommodation are controlled by the university and arrangements need to be made beforehand. The nearest hotel is a city away at Rudrapur. Please contact Priyanka or Sumit for fixing stay arrangements.
