Introduction to Grails

We will make a 45 mins demo that will include an Introduction to Groovy & Grails. Groovy is an open source dynamic typed language build on top of Java. Grails is an open source web framework used for rapid application development. Grails is built on top of Spring & Hibernate & makes development a fun experience.

Demo will consist of building a simple CRUD application & implementation of functionalities like sending mails, Caching responses, switching among different DBs, and more.
